Are Agents given preference to more projects than the rest of us? Are they sent all current projects, to sort thru themselves, to decide who they submit for roles to Talentsoup? Seems like this would take away possible roles from individual actors that are not represented and could apply for, if they feel they could meet the demographics. As Individuals we only are submitted for roles that meet the requirements within our dashboard/profile, right?. I'm guessing Agents see all projects being offered then sort thru their talent and submit where they think their talent fit. Is this accurate?
