Hi Rad! I just read your post about one's visual brand. You are right on with what you said. So my question is, do you ever review talent profiles and give tips on what could be done better to improve the talent's visual brand?

I think I have good photos in my profile, and have been submitted for several projects, however I have not booked any yet. I definitely am aware that booking depends on many factors, but if there is something I could be doing better with my photos, I'd love to hear it!

If you offer any kind of reviews can you let us know? If not, maybe that is a good "feature" request.

Thanks Rad! I look forward the new features and guidance! In the meantime I've changed out a couple of photos in my profile, maybe that will help too. :-)

I am really dissapointed in Talent Soup. It has been a free service for years. However you spin this Brand thing, it's basically about money. Sad day.

Oh and I know it's still free for the 3rd tier people. We just won't get any work.
