Five Questions With Pat Molnar

How did you get started in commercial photography?

I started assisting at the age of 20, and went out on my own at 25 or 26.



Describe a production from last year you are really proud of.

All of them. It's been an amazing year. I've worked all over the country with some of the best agencies, creative teams and crews in the world.



What are some of the big trends you see coming in the next 5-10 years in the production industry?

The line between print and live action will get blurrier and blurrier, and then non-existent. Visuals will become just that: visuals.


What advice can you give to talent when they're on set?

Listen. Have an interest in the project. Be polite. Be sober.


Unrelated to work, what are you passionate about?

My wife and kids and everything that comes with them.
